Mondelēz International is looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals in their final year of studies or recent graduates in Electronics , Automation , Electromechanics , Robotics , or related Engineering fields to join our dynamic team at the Clinceni factory as an intern.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global FMCG company. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to contribute to real projects and gain valuable insights into advanced manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the implementation of automation projects related to product quality detection, line, performance monitoring, paperless digitalization of production lines.

  • Support in identifying and developing innovative technical solutions to improve efficiency and performance.

  • Support the deployment of standard operating procedures, 5S practices, and IL6S (Integrated Lean Six Sigma) methodology on site.

  • Lead and contribute to projects aimed at standardizing process parameters across selected production lines.

  • Drive initiatives to improve the reliability and maintainability of production assets.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong willingness to learn, grow, and face technical challenges.

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team.

  • Solid computer skills (MS Office, email communication, general computer use); no specific software knowledge required.

  • Final-year students or recent graduates in Electronics, Automation, Electromechanics, Robotics, or similar Engineering disciplines.
