Mondelēz International is looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals in their final year of studies or recent graduates in Electronics , Automation , Electromechanics , Robotics , or related Engineering fields to join our dynamic team at the Clinceni factory as an intern.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global FMCG company. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to contribute to real projects and gain valuable insights into advanced manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the implementation of automation projects related to product quality detection, line, performance monitoring, paperless digitalization of production lines.
Support in identifying and developing innovative technical solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
Support the deployment of standard operating procedures, 5S practices, and IL6S (Integrated Lean Six Sigma) methodology on site.
Lead and contribute to projects aimed at standardizing process parameters across selected production lines.
Drive initiatives to improve the reliability and maintainability of production assets.
What You’ll Bring:
Strong willingness to learn, grow, and face technical challenges.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
Solid computer skills (MS Office, email communication, general computer use); no specific software knowledge required.
Final-year students or recent graduates in Electronics, Automation, Electromechanics, Robotics, or similar Engineering disciplines.
