The EMEA Consulting team is looking for a passionate Reporting and Analytics specialist to deliver customised reporting tand analytics to our hotel customers. Key personnel ranging from operations managers to revenue management directors at the head office can swiftly obtain, analyse and act upon information specific to their unique responsibilities.
As a Professional Services Reporting and Analytics Specialist you will be responsible for analysing requests to create custom reports for OPERA Reporting and Analytics and providing a scope of work.
What you will do
You will be a key member of a team that delivers data to our Hotel customers globally. This information enables them to gain meaningful insights that are critical to their business and enabling Executives to make the right decisions and maximise revenue potential.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirment.
Design and Develop reports and dashboards.
Test and implement these solutions for International Customers.
Create functional and technical documentation for both internala nd external use.
Submit a timely and accurate project status.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery
What you will bring

Fluency in spoken and written English.
Good interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
Familiar with PCI / PA-DSS requirements.
Previous experience writing reports in a Data Driven environment using BI reporting tools.
