HR Operations Support Analyst - Africa & Middle East region
- First employment period as contractor, with the possibility to headcount conversion to Oracle.
Description
Offer support for HR operations for Sub-Sahara, Egypt, Levant, South Africa, North Africa, Middle East and Turkey and assist the HR colleagues in day-to-day business.
Main Responsibilities
Act as an HR Operations partner for Country HR with the following responsibilities:
Supports HR managers, Line managers and employees with regards to HR admin activities
Creates and keeps the employee records/files updated in hard copy and electronic version
Issues various documentation (employee certificates, addendums to contracts of employment, etc.)
Runs employment reports, prepares analysis, payroll input and stats, for internal use and as request by local authorities
Prepare and organize the HR Induction sessions for new hires
Handles all HR transactions in time for payroll
Works closely and develops partnership relationships with the Country HR and internal/ external stakeholders
Enforces HR processes and provides end user support
Adapts, modifies and updates administrative methodologies, practices and procedures
Communication to and education of employees regarding Oracle’s global HR policies, processes, and systems
Profile
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience of working in an international and virtual environment
Previous reporting experience is a plus
Proficiency in English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to maintain absolute discretion regarding confidential and or sensitive information
Must be flexible and able to adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment
Good organizational skills
Team player
Attention to details and strong analytical skills
Ability to be proactive and maintain a common sense approach
Good problem solver and decision making appropriate for the job level
Ability to plan and meet deadlines for ad-hoc activities
Proactive, inquisitive, independent, and action-oriented person
Has a degree in Computer Science or Business Science related discipline, or equivalent education and experience relevant to functional area of Human Resources.
