ENTERTAINER FZ LLC Sales Administrator in Qatar

The Sales & Admin Executive will be…

  • Managing invoices and petty cash properly

  • Request Purchase Orders from Procurement Process in GCC and Qatar office within 3 days upon request

  • Supporting sending and gathering documents from B2B and B2C merchants with a week deadline

  • Organising stationaries, office supplies and IT equipment.

  • Collect documents from post office

  • Processing Product Sales

  • Providing salesforce, merchant portal and other and related training when needed, especially for the new joiners. 

  • Drafting contracts, creating offers, raising tickets, and resolving them in a timely manner.  

  • Provide support in DCP license application.  

  • Arranging errands like product sales and vouchers delivery.

  • Answering Incoming phone calls and help with CS inquiries.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English

  • You have excellent organisation skills.

  • You are able to prioritise tasks based on their importance.

  • You take initiatives and can work independently as well as in a team.

  • Have time management skills.

    Experience required.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as sales administrator
