About the roles:

This role will be responsible for the provision of professional and accurate Colleague Services HR Operations (Tier 1 & Tier 2) to internal and external customers, contributing to the achievement of the Colleague Services objectives and KPIs.

A key aspect of this role will be ensuring that colleagues are at the heart of everything we do and bringing to life the Otis HR Operating Model.

What should be your qualifications & experience:

  • Graduate with +3 years of prior experience of working in a busy, high volume and results focused administrative environment. Shared Service Centre experience an advantage but not mandatory;

  • Must have fluent communication skills in English and other language both verbal and written; min. B2/C1 level;

  • Hands-on experience on HR systems, like Workday and ServiceNow will be an added advantage;

  • Relevant HR experience supporting countries in EMEA is preferable;

  • Experience of working in structured HR processes and procedures, strict adherence to SLA with focus in quality and service excellence;

  • Excellent in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

  • Ability to work towards tight timescales with high volumes;

  • Excellent attention to detail;

  • Strong interpersonal skills;

  • Results oriented with the drive to complete a task/project;

  • Responds positively to change.
