The role Sales Training Specialist involves executing the annual sales training plan, creating and delivering tailored training materials, and facilitating both virtual and face-to-face sessions. It also includes managing operational tools, ensuring accurate training documentation, and promoting a high-performance culture within the sales team. Collaboration with various departments is key to align training and operational activities.
