Overview

BroadPath is immediately hiring Timekeeping Coordinators to work from home. Our Timekeeping Coordinators will be responsible for accurately reviewing and monitoring the scheduled submissions and timesheets. The coordinator will also ensure that all employees' work hours are properly documented for payroll purposes to ensure payroll is not impacted.

Responsibilities

• Placing outbound calls for verification of incorrect time keeping, such as late/early/non-existing punches, punches in incorrect location via geo-fencing data, and verification that the caregiver is arriving at the scheduled time and working the entirety of the shift appropriately

• Adjusting scheduled start time in the event that the caregiver is running late and ensuring the client is properly notified

• Logging accurately escalations within the client system

• Following call scripts to ensure all required information and documentation is obtained and employee work time is properly documented in the payroll system

• Educating caregivers on proper login/logout procedures as needed

• Escalating any concerning behaviors/fraudulent behaviors to the local branch as needed for resolution

Qualifications

• 1 year call center or healthcare experience

• Ability to remain calm and handle reach call in an empathic manner

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customer and team members

• Demonstrates empathy and patience in all customer interactions

• Ability to build rapport effortlessly, engaging in casual conversations

• Personable attitude to build rapport “chit chat” with ease

• Must be residing in Metro Manila

• Wired Internet Speed Requirement: 25mbps download | 10mbps upload

Candidate will be responsible for providing:

• Responsible for providing your own 19" monitor or larger with VGA or HDMI port with corresponding cable, USB wired mouse, ethernet cable, and optional USB wired keyboard

• Reliable hardwired internet is a must with at least 25mbps download|10mbps upload speeds

Speed Test Disclaimer:

• Please note that all Internet Speed Tests are monitored and will be verified. They must be taken on a laptop or desktop computer and plugged directly into your router

• Speed Tests cannot be completed on a mobile device. We recommend completing your application on a computer to make it easier to submit your results simultaneously
