Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare-related roles, with a focus on contact center, clinical, and back-office positions

  • Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates using a variety of tools and platforms

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs

  • Collaborate with internal recruiting leadership to align on role priorities and hiring goals

  • Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and coordinate offers to ensure a smooth candidate experience

  • Meet or exceed hiring goals and metrics in a high-volume environment

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring regulations, including EEOC guidelines

  • Maintain accurate records and reporting through the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Qualifications

  • Must reside in the Philippines

  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, ideally within healthcare or a BPO supporting US health plans

  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards)

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, and able to make conversation with ease

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment

  • Comfortable in a metrics-driven environment with weekly or daily recruiting targets

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems and remote communication platforms, with expertise in Microsoft Office applications

About the Role

  • 100% work-from-home - no commute!

  • You'll be set up for success with company-provided equipment: laptop, webcam, and USB headset

  • Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time

  • Occasional overtime may be needed depending on business needs

  • Employment type: Temporary/Seasonal, with the potential to transition to regular status based on performance and business needs

Work from Home Office Requirements

  • Reliable hardwired internet with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload

  • A quiet, dedicated home office space with a door that closes

  • Employee must provide: separate monitor(s) with appropriate cable(s), USB wired mouse and keyboard, and an ethernet cable
