OHI Consulting under Oracle Financial Services delivers Oracle Technology and Applications solutions to clients globally. The service offerings include Application Implementation, Managed Services and Customization development services for Oracle Health Insurance products and components.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Activities in Oracle Health Insurance Consulting (OHI) Development or Implementation or Managed Service activity streams as a Senior Integration and Data Migration Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities include

  • Lead teams or participate as Integration / Data Migration Lead Consultant to craft, configure, test and debug Integration or Data Migration stream for OHI components

  • Understand the integration and migration requirements from the customer and translate those into an OHI configuration design

  • Collaborate with other team members on assignments

  • Estimate tasks and meet landmarks and deadlines appropriately

  • Report progress on tasks and projects

  • Lead and manage teams

  • Mentor junior team members

  • Understand and improve consulting standard methodologies

  • Participate in Pre-Sales activities for OHI Consulting

  • Strive for continuous improvement of Implementation Process & standards

Crucial Skills

  • Implementation consulting experience in health insurance domain application implementation preferably for Philippines based Insurance company

  • Prior experience in integration with other systems such as Financials ERP, Document generation, Payments processing etc.

  • Prior experience in data migration area from Legacy to target solution / platform

  • Proficiency in English - verbal and written

  • Good communication and documentation skills

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle tech stack (Java, SQL), scripting, Linux, IDEs, code scanner, reporting and DevOps tools

  • Knowledge of other Oracle applications such as Fusion Financials / Documaker / Workflow / document management will be an advantage

Preferred Skills

  • Domain knowledge of Philippines Health Insurance

  • Certification in Health Insurance topics

  • Previous work experience on direct customer exposure and Application implementation work

  • Prior experience of working in remote virtual teams

  • Prior knowledge and experience on areas such as Cloud, deployment etc.

  • Aware of the newest technologies and development practices
