Are you passionate about providing exceptional service in a tranquil spa environment? We're seeking a skilled Spa Receptionist who is fluent in Arabic to join our team!

Our spa is a haven of relaxation, offering a range of rejuvenating treatments to our esteemed guests. We pride ourselves on delivering personalized experiences that exceed expectations.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Warmly greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.

  • Schedule spa appointments and ensure accurate booking information.

  • Provide information about available treatments, packages, and promotions.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area.

  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Collaborate effectively with spa therapists and other team members to ensure seamless operations.

  • Uphold the highest standards of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.

What do we need from you?

  • Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English (spoken and written).

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or spa industry is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
