A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Warmly greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
Schedule spa appointments and ensure accurate booking information.
Provide information about available treatments, packages, and promotions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate effectively with spa therapists and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
Uphold the highest standards of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
What do we need from you?
Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English (spoken and written).
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or spa industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
