Provide financial and administrative support to the finance department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, assisting in budget preparation, and maintaining financial records in compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

• Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

• Ensure proper documentation for all transactions in compliance with accounting standards and policies

• Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable

• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of payments and receipts

• Handle inquiries related to financial transactions, billing, and payments from guests and vendors

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to deal with difficult interactions and work under pressure

• Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations

• A passion for delivering an exceptional level of guest service

• A focused individual with passion, personality, individuality, integrity, creativity and drive for continuous improvement
