Oracle Senior Technical Project Manager in India
Job Description
Coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Possessing both technical and personal skills the Technical Project Manager will be responsible for handling various technical projects and ensuring that each proposed plan adheres to its designated timeline, budget, and scope. Their duties will include planning projects in detail and having to collaborate with technical resources across various organizations and teams to assemble accurate steps to be performed as well as setting those schedules for key customers thru each step of the project.

Responsibilities
Develop and handle roadmaps among cross-functional teams as well as interrelated and independent application and / or infrastructure changes, track, and report on program achievements.
Drive execution for on-time, on-scope delivery of user and developer facing features.
Ensure high standards and consistency for the Oracle customer experience.
Recommend process improvements and serve as a customer concern point for all issues and questions associated with a project.
Ensure that resource requirements needed to support a particular project are in place.
Provide ongoing written and verbal release status updates to senior leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of project and product management or related experience needed.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain our roadmap,
setting appropriate expectations and ensuring our product and services meet our high operational excellence standards.
A demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically superior written communication skills are a must Judgement, maturity, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills.

The Millennium Production Engineering team is a distributed team across multiple time zones leads and maintains the day-to-day operations, stability and availability of the products that fall under the product groups umbrella, focused on creating an ecosystem of service OCI, Technology and Healthcare solutions that are used by thousands of Oracle Healthcare customers across globe. We are tackling some of today’s biggest challenges in the global health care industry and help drive the effort in the future state of our products as we begin to migrate them over to OCI platforms. We strive to build and orchestrate automation, tooling, and centralized solutions to enable our consuming engineer to focus on their specific problems instead of the nuances of the platform and repetitive tasks.
