Sun Pharmaceuticals, Inc Senior Manager - Packing in India
Oversee all activities of the packaging department, including staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all packing processes.
Ensure all packaging materials meet specifications and are properly stored and labeled.
Manage inventory control of packaging materials to minimize waste and ensure timely availability.
Lead and participate in audits to ensure adherence to CGMP regulations and quality standards.
Oversee the packing line operation, ensuring efficient product flow and meeting production targets.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize errors.
Liaise with production, quality control (QC), and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
Investigate and resolve packaging-related issues to maintain product quality and integrity.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to packaging operations.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory changes in pharmaceutical packaging.
