Job Description

Senior Technical Project Manager for Oracle Health Security and Compliance will be responsible for Overseeing and driving multiple projects under Oracle Health Security Compliance organization, managing and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

  • Ensuring the project management methodology is adhered to throughout the lifecycle of the engagement

  • Coordinates detailed project plans/schedules and maintains/manages the project budget, assessments, and service level agreements

  • Helps to managing project action items, risks/issues and all project deliverables

  • Managing cross-organizational interfaces as needed

  • Managing multiple high priority projects

  • Drive Innovation. Facilitate the implementation of new products, services, and processes, frequently operating at the cutting edge of technology. Recommend significant changes to existing products and processes to drive continuous improvement.

  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Develop and manage roadmaps among cross-functional teams, ensuring our products and services meet high operational standards.

  • Communicate Effectively: Provide ongoing written and verbal updates to senior leadership, representing the division up to the VP level.

Desired Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Project management/consulting experience

  • Ability to work across multiple team environment

  • Ability to manage stakeholders from multiple time zones

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience in project or process management.

  • Must possess the initiative to resolve issues before they become critical

  • Ability to work overtime as necessary

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and ITIL Change Process

  • Ability to effectively make business presentations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous project leadership experience

  • Demonstrated leadership ability as an Individual contributor capacity

  • Propensity for knowledge sharing

  • Promotes diversity and creates a respectful work environment

  • Innovative, self-motivated, and able to interact with all levels of the organization

  • Ability to work off-hours when required

  • Understanding of ISO and ITIL process

  • Core infrastructure technology and Information Security certifications

  • Prior work experience in Information Security projects would be beneficial

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
