Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle Service Bus (OSB) SME with excellent communications skills to join our team. As an SME, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Service Bus-based integration solutions for our organization. Your expertise in Oracle Service Bus 12c and related technologies, along with your exceptional communication abilities, will be instrumental in successfully delivering complex integration projects.

In-depth knowledge of Oracle Service Bus 12c, including service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles, proxy services, business services, message flows, and transformations.

Expertise in Oracle Service Bus 12c administration, configuration, and deployment of services and composites.

Proficiency in XML, XSLT, and XQuery for designing and implementing transformations and message manipulations in Oracle Service Bus.

Strong understanding of web services standards (SOAP, REST) and transport protocols (HTTP, JMS).

Familiarity with Oracle Weblogic server 12c administration ,Oracle Database and SQL.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Understand client requirements: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their integration requirements, identify business process gaps, and document functional and technical specifications.

Design and develop Oracle Service Bus solutions: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Oracle Service Bus 12c to design and develop integration solutions that align with the organization's business requirements and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze system capabilities, and propose effective integration solutions.

Implement and configure Oracle Service Bus: Configure and customize Oracle Service Bus 12c to implement integration interfaces, service endpoints, message flows, and transformations. Leverage OSB adapters and transport protocols to facilitate seamless integration between systems.

Perform system integration testing: Conduct thorough system integration testing to verify the functionality, performance, and reliability of the Oracle Service Bus solutions. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define test plans, execute tests, and address any identified issues.

Provide technical expertise and guidance: Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Service Bus and related technologies. Assist junior developers and provide technical guidance and mentoring to ensure the successful completion of integration projects.

Collaborate with stakeholders: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and technical teams, to understand integration requirements, provide status updates, and address any concerns or queries related to Oracle Service Bus solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues: Analyze and troubleshoot integration issues encountered during development or production phases. Identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions to ensure smooth integration flows.

Stay updated with industry trends: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Oracle Service Bus, integration technologies, and industry best practices. Continuously enhance your technical skills and knowledge to contribute to the improvement of integration solutions and processes.
