Your Day to Day

As an Onboarding Project Manager, you would be working on:

Customer satisfaction --- You will continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships

Onboarding experience --- You will guide our customers from selling our product to the point they are live and operational

Process improvement --- You will work with numerous departments to continually optimize our way of work

What We’re Looking For

As an Onboarding Project Manager, your background will look like:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject preferred but not required

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or in a customer care position working on a team focused on bottom-line growth

  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Self-motivated and organized with a strong desire to succeed and grow

  • German knowledge is an advantage but not a requirement
