Carmeuse Americas Agroforce Sales and Operational Manager in Hungary

Your challenge:

•Developing and implementing business plans to improve cost-efficiency.

•Maintaining relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities.

•Overseeing the company's business operations, financial performance, investments, and ventures.

•Supervising, guiding, and delegating executives in their duties. (soil samplers – operators)

•Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated.

•Assessing, managing, and resolving problematic developments and situations.

•Building and enhancing the company's public profile at events, speaking engagements, etc.

•Providing consultancy in terms of fertilization plan for customers through soil sampling analysis

•Recruiting new staff FTE or PTE

Your perosnality skills:

•Experience in senior managerial role in agricultural or fertilizer industry

•Experience in establishing business goals and strategies

•Good understanding of corporate law, branding and product positioning

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•Excellent communication and leadership qualities

•Ability to work under pressure

•Microsoft Office – user level

•English B2
