About this Role:

The Senior HR Manager will support the European and APAC businesses with a focus on enhancing the corporate culture while providing coaching on and partnership navigating complex people matters. This person will operate as a local expert in close collaboration with both US-based HR colleagues and regional senior leaders to drive talent and performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.

Job Description:

  • Influence and coach EMEA and APAC regional senior leaders, by consistently delivering a professional and proactive approach, enabling managers to achieve their objectives through coaching and the provision of ER advice that is prompt, persuasive, effective, and evaluates risk. Offer input on decisions that require sound HR practices and perspectives.

  • Partner with managers in EMEA and APAC on employee relations and performance management practices.

  • Work with senior leaders and the performance, learning, and culture team to assess the learning and development needs of the organization and develop appropriate avenues to help the organization meet those needs.

  • Collaborate with all other Employee Experience and Finance functions by proactively identifying trends and opportunities to improve the employee experience for our people. Work collaboratively with colleagues to use this insight to evolve and develop approaches and solutions for our employee base.

  • Provide leadership and mentoring to the broad EX team in EMEA and APAC.

  • Act as a contributing member of the EX Business Partner Team providing insights from EMEA and APAC

Job Requirements:

  • A B.A./B.S., with relevant human resources experience in Europe and APAC.

  • A demonstrated record of success in partnering with the business to drive business results.

  • Demonstrated expertise managing employee relations programs in Europe and Asia.

  • Have in-depth knowledge of HR practices and procedures, compliance and governance and track record of confidently applying this in practice to assess, mitigate and navigate risk.

  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and building relationships in challenging situations, demonstrating strong and clear communication (written and verbal) skills and diplomacy

  • Ability to partner without ego

  • Executive-level communication skills.

  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think systematically.

  • Demonstrated project and time management skills, with an ability to set and maintain priorities to meet deadlines.

  • Proven ability to prioritise, multitask and pivot based on the needs of the business in a multicultural environment, and, and adapt to change.
