Job Description

  • To plan, manage and deliver an entire project from transfer through to FAC ensuring that additional business opportunities are pursued and to deliver high levels of Customer satisfaction and maximum margin/value.

  • At Level C, the Project Manager has the capacity of managing a medium sized Unit

  • Project (5 M Euros) or a small number of similar projects. The impact of the

  • Project(s) will have a significant effect on the Business Unit The project(s) operate in a limited international environment or national context with existing external or

  • Internal Customer with not more than 20 internal and main supplier interfaces. Risks associated to the project correspond to difficult and technical risk.

  • Ensure good, transparent and effective reporting and deliver all documents in a timely manner so that progress can be fully communicated

  • Take responsibility for all aspects of communication for an overall project

  • Take responsibility for all aspects of Project Management for the overall project(s) Full Scope management

  • Take responsibility for all aspects of work package execution for the overall project(s) (M.D work breakdown structure creation

  • Manage the entire project scope of work

  • Maximize standardization Full Time management

  • Take responsibility for delivery on time for the overall project(s) Full cost management

  • Take responsibility for the gross margin for the overall project(s)

  • Maximize profit at each phase of project Quality management

  • Take responsibility for all aspects of quality for the overall project(s) Full H.R management

  • Responsible for organizing and deploying the Team for the overall project(s)

  • Structure the project and define the Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS) and interfaces Full Communication management

Risk management :

  • • Take responsibility for all aspects of risk and opportunity and their action plans.

  • Contract management :

  • • Take responsibility for all aspects of contract management with the Customer, suppliers and partners for the overall project (s)

  • • Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction with performance through effected communication and liaison

Required Qualifications:

  • • Engineering Degree or equivalent

  • • English & French proficiency

  • • 3+ years’ experience of managing small size projects value (5 M Euro) or work package of project.

  • • Experience in one or several functions involved on operations: logistic, sourcing, engineering, field services.

  • • Project management in an international environment (optional)

  • • Experience of team building

  • • Proven track record of project improvement margin

  • • Willingness to work in different locations for short or medium periods world wide

  • • Experience in similar industry Integration management
