JUMBO Consulting Group A/S Business Operations Assistant in Denmark

JUMBO Consulting Group is seeking a Business Operations Assistant to join our growing team in Copenhagen, Denmark.

As Business Operations Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day activities of the team and be responsible for a wide variety of administrative, business and people operations matters.

You will provide day-to-day support to the Leadership team, enabling the business to effectively and efficiently operate, as well as, being responsible for overall office management and administration topics in our Copenhagen office..

You will work closely with a diverse team of experienced procurement, contracts and commercial professionals supporting leading developers with supply chain development, procurement and contracts management for global offshore renewable energy projects.

Role & Responsibility

Administration

  • Support to the Leadership team including coordinating meetings, managing agendas, minute taking in meetings and other ad-hoc tasks.

  • Handle day-to-day operations, including procurement of IT hardware and maintaining office supplies.

  • Manage office tidiness, coordinate meetings, manage phone subscriptions, and handle correspondence.

  • Support the team with tasks such as conference room bookings, ad-hoc printing, and technical troubleshooting.

  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and events.

  • Manage initiatives and events to contribute to a positive workplace environment.

  • Handle ad hoc tasks and oversee local and global events, including managing internal and external initiatives.

Business & People Operations

  • Collaborate with Business Operations on a ad-hoc initiatives contributing to the effective running of the company in Denmark and globally.

  • Collaborate with People Operations for new starter onboarding, relocation and offboarding.

  • Contribute to the onboarding of new employees in Copenhagen, such as welcoming, ordering IT equipment, flowers and other practicalities in regard to the onboarding process.

  • Manage and update team members' contact information (e.g., Global Address Book, Outlook Groups, Employee Directory).

  • Optimize the onboarding process and enhance internal communication and knowledge sharing and collaborate with People Operations to brainstorm and implement initiatives to increase employee satisfaction.

  • Support with the continuous improvement and maintenance of various business and people operations initiatives.
