Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
1、设计和构建Android平台上的笔写APP解决方案，包含架构设计，推进架构演进，进行基础组件建设和维护评估；
2、研究并应用前沿技术到项目中,与跨职能团队合作，与Android笔写应用程序和服务集成，包括在合适的场景下集成深度学习、自然语言处理等技术，提升产品竞争力和用户体验；
3、解决重点疑难问题，如洞察传统绘画和创作人员的操作习惯和技巧，提炼成数字化绘图的需求，实现自定义笔刷引擎开发；
4、深度参与产品软件需求和研发创新讨论，功能定义和原型研发等工作；
岗位要求：
计算机、软件工程等相关专业本科及以上学历，至少10年以上的相关项目经验，有AI大模型、语音助手等软硬件结合类软件项目成功经验优先；
熟悉 Android 系统架构,精通 Android Input 子系统和输入事件处理流程、输入设备驱动、多点触控、手写笔等技术。
有丰富的Android应用架构经验，独立承担架构设计，代码风格良好，能设计出高效合理，易读易拓展的模块架构，笔写技术开发经验者优先
关注用户体验，能够积极把技术转化到用户体验的改进上；
具备较强的责任感和自驱力、较强的的团队内外沟通和协作能力，学习能力强，工作认真细心。
