Ford Motor Company Event Specialist in China

• Be in charge of event planning, sow, design and review, leading event execution and operation of such events as city roadshows and driving experience

• Lead external agencies to accomplish each event within budget and schedule and deliver the experience that is in line with company's value and strategies

• Improve the efficiency of event management procedure by leveraging the knowledge and lesson learned

• Advance all operational aspects of the events from pre-event planning, load in/out process, and most importantly the execution of the event.

• Coordinate & communicate with all cross functions

• Make sure event budget is well managed

• Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project

• Travelling to on-site inspections and event managing

• Supervise all Post-event evaluations
