Job Description
How you will contribute
Lead and manage the Internal Controls agenda for AMEA MSC including partnering with management to optimize the internal control environment through successful delivery of Project Citadel
Manage and provide updates of Project Citadel to AMEA MSC LT on a regular basis, including coordinating with various workstream leads
Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment by providing expert assessment of our policy and controls effectiveness and organization compliance
Lead and support advisory / self-assessment reviews within scope including coordinating with AMEA MSC senior management, and keeping the MSC Functional LT apprised on progress, reporting observations to management, and monitoring corrective action plans
Drive a strong controls and compliance environment by ensuring system of internal controls are adequate to manage risk and compliance with policies including compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
Ensure risk-based procedures are devised to adequately assess all significant business and operational risks
Supports programs related to harmonization, efficiencies, and improvements to ways of working and build a mindset of continuous improvement within the AMEA MSC team
Partner with Region Internal Controls Lead and wider team to bring risk insights and leading practices into AMEA MSC processes

Business acumen and an understanding of key business processes and practices within Supply Chain / manufacturing operations
Experience working as a supply chain/finance/project leader managing a diverse, cross-functional and business partner teams to drive compliance and controls environment
Project management skills and coordination with senior stakeholders
Good understanding of risk and controls of different supply chain processes, and ability to identify improvement opportunities
