Join our Oracle CGIU Apps Demo & Innovation team, where we’re pushing the boundaries of Digital Business Experience (DBE) solutions. We are seeking a Senior Digital Business Experience Engineer to play a key role in leading our DBE demo team, working alongside global sales and pre-sales teams, and developing impactful, engaging demos that showcase the power of Oracle solutions.
Responsibilities
As the Senior DBE Engineer you will be responsible for leading a team that supports Oracle’s global sales efforts by delivering compelling Digital Business Experience solutions through demos. Your role will involve working closely with sales consultants to assess demo requirements, translating them into demo use cases, and delivering these demos to stakeholders, often directly supporting sales efforts. You will have the opportunity to influence key business outcomes by crafting high-impact demo environments that highlight Oracle’s solutions for both B2B and B2C customers.
Your expertise in Oracle Siebel CRM, Oracle Enterprise Catalog (LaunchX), Java, Rest APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Oracle CX (Sales Cloud, CPQ) will be critical in shaping the demos and use cases. You will also play an instrumental role in mentoring and guiding the DBE demo team to develop new skills and deliver best-in-class demo experiences.
Responsibilities:
Lead the DBE demo team to design and execute high-quality demo solutions, leveraging Oracle Siebel CRM, Oracle CX (Sales Cloud, CPQ), and Oracle Integration Cloud.
Collaborate with sales consultants and other cross-functional teams to assess demo requirements, RFPs, and RFXs, translating them into actionable, high-impact demo use cases.
Develop customized demo solutions for both B2B and B2C use cases, ensuring alignment with customer needs and Oracle’s strategic goals.
Drive the creation of demo environments that showcase the capabilities of Oracle Siebel CRM , Oracle Enterprise Catalog (LaunchX) , Java , and Rest APIs .
Deliver demos and support presales activities by highlighting the value of Oracle’s solutions in real customer scenarios.
Mentor and guide junior demo engineers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing team culture.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies in Oracle CX, Siebel CRM, integration platforms, and digital business solutions to ensure demos remain cutting-edge.
Collaborate with the wider Oracle Demo & Innovation team to align on global demo strategies, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
Extensive experience with Oracle Siebel CRM , both B2B and B2C use cases.
Proven ability to lead demo teams and develop custom demo solutions based on Oracle technologies.
Strong technical expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud , Oracle CX (Sales Cloud, CPQ) , and Oracle Enterprise Catalog (LaunchX) .
Strong programming experience in Java and Rest APIs , with a solid understanding of cloud integration.
Demonstrated ability to work with pre-sales teams to craft engaging, value-driven demos for global customers.
Experience with web-based UI development (e.g., ReactJS, JavaScript) and microservices architecture is a plus.
Familiarity with Oracle Commerce Cloud and/or Siebel Open UI is desirable.
Solid understanding of CI/CD processes , version control (Git), and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a passion for innovation and continuous learning.

CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $88,100 to $192,600 per annum.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
