Graebel Companies, Inc is seeking a Product Manager who is passionate about solving problems and creating a positive impact. They work closely with the Product Manager along with key stakeholders such as Clients, Business Subject Matter Experts, Product Designers, Engineers and various levels of Leadership. The Product Manager will instil a sense of excitement about our products while being the voice of the customer.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for driving the execution of all product processes in the product lifecycle for a scrum pod

  • Collaborate with Workstream Lead to manage and prioritize product backlog/features

  • Translate product strategies into development scope

  • Ensure the delivery team delivers value to customers with each iteration

  • Analyze product and market research

  • Be knowledgeable with respect to the competition

  • Collaborate on definition of product or feature requirements and prioritize based on data driven decisions

  • Track and report on OKRs and KPIs

  • Closely collaborate with scrum lead, product designers, engineers, QA and business subject matter experts in the design, development and testing of product or feature

  • Act as a product management resource and assist with the growth of the discipline across the organization

  • Other product duties as assigned

Required Skills

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • A curious approach to understand and solve problems

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with all levels of stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization

  • Ability to analyze user and market research

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to give effective presentations to all levels of the organization and engage with clients

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and excel in a fast-paced environment

Required Experience

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience

    KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of product management experience plus 3+ years of relevant experience

  • Proven success in shipping product(s)

  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment

  • Experience with B2B2C products is preferred

  • Mobility industry experience is an asset but not required

As a testament to our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, our salary bands are transparent both internally and as a part of our external recruitment process. The targets for this role are dependent on market/ geographic location and range from $85,000 to $110,000 CAD.
