Description and Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Manager in Brazil, Rio de Janeiro. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a deep understanding of technology solutions, and a strong commitment to ethical business practices. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring our solutions meet the unique needs of complex enterprises.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Serve large accounts, global accounts, and work across the entire Lenovo portfolio.

  • Monitor sales and inventory, providing sales management reports and taking proactive measures to avoid overstocks or understocks;

  • Provide management and direction to operating unit employees in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures;

  • Align with Lenovo Operations team to ensure timely delivery of customer demands;

  • Conceptualize and develop internal sales strategy, including offerings, process changes, etc.;

  • Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for sales results, productivity, quality, reporting, and target achievement;

  • Develop an effective KPI system and metrics for regular measurement, tracking, and evaluation;

  • Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to monitor group performance;

  • Analyze performance data, including financial, sales, and activity reports and spreadsheets, to monitor and measure department productivity, target achievement, and overall effectiveness. * Take care of Lenovo equipment and materials used in the performance of their duties, such as notebooks, cell phones, tools, backpacks and others.

  • Comply with the standards and procedures contained in the Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, as well as other Lenovo standards, procedures and policies.

  • Perform other tasks related to the position and/or determined by the company. Qualifications:

  • Experience:

  • Large and proven success in account management or sales.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.

  • Compliance Mindset: Demonstrated commitment to ethical business practices and adherence to compliance standards.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and advanced English.

  • Deep technical knowledge: The candidate must be able to identify, develop and propose complex solutions working with specialists of different technical domains, including hardware, software, and services.

  • Political Acumen: Ability to navigate complex environments and build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including C-levels.

  • Results-Oriented: Highly motivated, self-directed, and focused on exceeding sales targets. Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with CRM systems (D365, etc.)

  • Existing network within with partners and large enterprises.
