Essentia Health Operations Support Associate in Virginia, Minnesota
Job Description:
Performs a wide range of complex administrative and secretarial duties and coordinates various office procedures in support of the assigned executive(s). Performs a broad and varying scope of administrative support duties of a confidential nature. Uses independent discretion in completing and maintaining complex projects or programs requiring a high degree of initiative. Serves as recording secretary for committees as assigned. Work Experience: Proficient and comprehensive skills in personal computer software systems and applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and databases ( Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
Education Qualifications:
Associates degree plus 1 year of experience in complex office environmentOR3 years experience in a complex office environment.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
No certification/licensure required.
