TEKsystems Service Coordinator in Virginia Beach, Virginia
TEK systems is hiring 3 Service Coordinators to work onsite with a car dealership in Virginia Beach!
Pay: $17/hr
Environment: Fully onsite in Virginia Beach
Schedule: Between the hours of 7:00am-6:00pm Monday - Friday
Must be able to work every other Saturday (will get one day off during the week)
Description:
Answers and handles inbound calls to the Service Departments, scheduling appointments and providing assistance as necessary
Obtains detailed, accurate and specific customer, vehicle and service information
Monitors appointments, contacting no-shows daily to reschedule
Proactively contacts customers and conducts other outbound calls as necessary
Retrieves and handles after-hours voicemails appropriately
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of call center experience
Car dealership experience a plus
Must be able to work every other Saturday
