Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. Provide information regarding products and services by demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability, and engagement methods to ensure an optimal member experience and customer service. Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts. Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.

Work Environment
These are remote opportunities, and candidates must live within 60 miles of Suite 250, Virginia Beach, VA, to be considered. The Contact Center operates 24/7/365 to be available for our members around the world at any time. We believe in work-life balance and offer flexible shifts to accommodate your personal or family life. Scheduled events such as breaks and meals are to be taken as scheduled. Most shifts are flexible within a one-hour window, and you will need to be available for 9.5 hours to account for this variation. Expect to handle back-to-back phone calls for the majority of your shift, with breaks scheduled after up to four hours of continuous calls.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
