Fortis Media Marketing Project Manager in Vilnius, Lithuania

We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to become an integral part of our team.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution of projects.
Analyzing client businesses and needs to accurately scope projects and define project objectives.
Managing the relationship with clients and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships.
Meeting with clients online to update them about project progress, discuss results and opportunities, and plan activities for the upcoming month.
Leading team meetings to monitor project progress and drive performance.
Initiating and implementing process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Participating in business development activities, contributing to the growth of our agency.
Organizing the reporting process, both automated and manual, to provide accurate project updates.
Requirements:
Project Management experience in the areas of digital marketing or IT.
Possession of a Project Management certificate (such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) would be advantageous (if you don't have it, we will support you in your journey of getting one),
Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular) and any project management software (we use Productive).
Exemplary command of the English language to facilitate effective communication.
Excellent written and verbal communications.
Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization.
Passion for managing teams and driving results.
Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Salary: €2100-€2400 (gross) Depending on the experience.
Compensation:
The position is located in Vilnius, Lithuania. International candidates are welcome to apply; however, possessing EU residency status or an EU work permit is a mandatory requirement. Proficiency in the Lithuanian language is not necessary for this role.
