French or Spanish Speaking Customer Operations Representative

You can expect to:

· Be first point of contact for users and partners, improving their onboarding experience, and helping them to navigate the product

· Verify new accounts to ensure they meet the guidelines and are able to transact safely on the platform

· Investigate problems and solve them efficiently with team work

· Work in a diverse team, with some office time to collaborate with other internal teams

We expect You to:

· Have stellar communication skills both externally and internally

· Have proactive mindset, not afraid to investigate first, then ask

· Be tech-savvy & able to learn complex ideas quickly

· Have experience in using Zendesk, Slack, and Jira

· Be fluent in English and French or Spanish (B1 and above)

· Have eagerness to bring ideas to and improve internal processes

· Have positive mindset to change
