Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Quality and Regulatory to join our Engineering team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. As a world-class leader in the industry, Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. provides exceptional opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the quality and regulatory function, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

  • Develop and implement quality and regulatory strategies to drive continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of quality and regulatory initiatives

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and important individuals involved in the industry.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of quality and regulatory training programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality and regulatory management

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing quality and regulatory initiatives

  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
