PeaceHealth is seeking a Nurse Manager - Hospice for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $69.29 – $103.93. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.

Nurse Manager – Lead with Compassion in Bellingham, WA

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the 24-hour operations of a dynamic nursing unit, guiding a dedicated team to provide safe, compassionate, and efficient care. You’ll lead by example—ensuring regulatory compliance, managing staffing and resources, and fostering a collaborative environment where patients and families feel supported.

As Nurse Manager, you’ll evaluate staff performance, drive continuous improvement, and implement strategic initiatives aligned with hospital and nursing division goals. Your leadership will help maintain high standards of care, support professional development, and ensure positive health outcomes for those we serve.

We’re looking for a leader with:

✔ A BSN or MSN from an accredited school of nursing

✔ 5+ years of nursing experience, 3+ years of recent Hospice experience, and 2+ years in a nursing leadership role.

✔ Strong skills in staff development, budget management, and quality improvement

✔ A current Registered Nurse license and BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
