Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide product and service information, including answering questions and offering solutions.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue, offering solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
Maintain customer records and update account information as necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
Assist with any additional customer service-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in a customer service role (1-2 years preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
