Work cooperatively with a team to support gross to net calculations, general deductions, benefit vendor payments, time and labor administration, tax administration and will support the payroll organization with other general administrative duties as assigned. Support software testing, implementation, and upgrades as needed and support other functional areas of payroll as needed.This is a defined-term contract position renewable each fiscal year and located in Versailles, KY.KCTCS offers a hybrid work schedule with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per work week. Hybrid work schedules are subject to periodic review and may be modified or terminated at any time.Job Duties:Review, update, and audit payroll transactions across the system to ensure compliance and completeness.Provide the payroll organization with administrative support.Provide customer and technical support to staff throughout the system.Provide support for PeopleSoft testing and software updates / upgrades.Prepare and issue benefit vendor payments.Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:Associate's Degree and two (2) years of relevant experience or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications:Associate's Degree and three (3) years of relevant experience or equivalent.
