Aston Carter Cost Accountant in Versailles, Kentucky


Cost accountant professional will collaborate with other members of team and financial staff in the company to provide financial and accounting support to executives and department leaders who establish goals and budgets for the organization.


Collecting and analyzing data about a company’s operational costs

Recommending changes to the company’s processes and policies to reduce cost and maximize profit

Review and evaluate proposals

Forecast and cash flow analysis

Review all financial plans and compare actual results

Analyze manufacturing variance

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of cost accountant or related experience

Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, economic


Strong excel skills

Manufacturing preferred

Financial statement analysis is a plus

Ability to communicate with CFO, VP, managers, and team

Critical thinking
