Job Description

Contractors will be responsible for servicing HVAC equipment in commercial settings. All employees are responsible for traveling from site to site; the company will provide contractors with a vehicle to take home.

Responsibilities

  • 3+ years of HVAC service and installation experience, commercial required

  • Installing and servicing commercial and industrial HVAC systems

  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions with HVAC systems and building automation systems

  • Repairing issues efficiently

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints during new build projects

  • Interacting with clients and subcontractors on a daily basis

Essential Skills

  • Previous experience diagnosing and working on centrifugal chillers, split systems, boilers, pumps, air handler units, piping, heat exchangers, and associated equipment

  • Experience with commercial rooftop units, boilers, and chillers

  • Experience with building automation systems (BAS)

  • Ability to braze copper and fuse plastic piping

  • EPA Universal Certification

  • Comfortable in client-facing roles and servicing client sites

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • EPA Universal Certification

  • Propane Certification

  • OSHA Certified

Starting Pay Rate

$25-$35/hr (depending on experience)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
