Job Description
Contractors will be responsible for servicing HVAC equipment in commercial settings. All employees are responsible for traveling from site to site; the company will provide contractors with a vehicle to take home.
Responsibilities
3+ years of HVAC service and installation experience, commercial required
Installing and servicing commercial and industrial HVAC systems
Troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions with HVAC systems and building automation systems
Repairing issues efficiently
Reading and interpreting blueprints during new build projects
Interacting with clients and subcontractors on a daily basis
Essential Skills
Previous experience diagnosing and working on centrifugal chillers, split systems, boilers, pumps, air handler units, piping, heat exchangers, and associated equipment
Experience with commercial rooftop units, boilers, and chillers
Experience with building automation systems (BAS)
Ability to braze copper and fuse plastic piping
EPA Universal Certification
Comfortable in client-facing roles and servicing client sites
Additional Skills & Qualifications
EPA Universal Certification
Propane Certification
OSHA Certified

Starting Pay Rate
$25-$35/hr (depending on experience)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
