Robert Half Systems Administrator in Vero Beach, Florida
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Systems Administrator role. You will have the chance to contribute significantly to the IT Department by managing, configuring, and maintaining various tasks. This role is in the industry and will be located at our workplace.
Responsibilities:
• Configuration, deployment, and management of Cisco network hardware
• Administering Windows Server & Active Directory
• Managing VMware ESXi hosts & supporting solutions such as Veeam backup, Dell/EMC SAN
• Handling Office 365 & Cisco Secure Email
• Overseeing the Mitel VoIP System
• Documenting infrastructure, changes in infrastructure, and IT processes
• Resolving help desk tickets and providing general end-user support
• Representing the Information Technology department & its services in a detail oriented and respectful manner within the company
• Assisting technical end users within the company with configuration & troubleshooting of various solutions & systems
• Engaging in continued development through training & certification
• Undertaking various IT-related projects as required. Requirements
Proficiency in Mitel is required, with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues effectively.
Expertise in Cisco Networking is a must, including a deep understanding of network architecture, setup, and maintenance.
Extensive experience with Active Directory, including user and group management, Group Policy configuration, and troubleshooting.
Solid knowledge of VMware is required, with a proven track record of managing and maintaining virtual environments.
Familiarity with Windows Desktop Operating System is essential, with experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
