Cleveland Clinic Program Manager II - Medical Operations in Vero Beach, Florida

As Program Manager II, you will handle all related maintenance of designated strategic projects. In this role, you will handle multiple assignments at once, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to top standard. You will also serve as a communication point between the department and outside communities, facilitating open dialogue and collaboration. This position offers an excellent avenue in which to enhance your skills and interact with some of the best caregivers in the field.
A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Develop, implement, manage and maintain operational systems and activities.
Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training
OR Master's Degree and two years of experience
OR Associate's Degree and five years of experience
Experience in operational and financial analytics
Microsoft Office experience
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
Personal Protective Equipment:
- Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $27.65
Maximum hourly: $42.17
