TEKsystems Configuration Technician in Vernon Hills, Illinois
Description:
We have a job opening for the position of Configuration Technician. The Configuration Technician will be responsible for configuring hardware and software on a large number of computers, printers, and other products. The job duties will include unboxing units, configuring them, and reboxing them for shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Configuring customer systems as per their specifications.
Testing systems to ensure 100% quality.
Meeting monthly productivity goals.
Troubleshooting computer system problems, including hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
Providing superior customer service.
Communicating any issues related to customer orders to the Help Desk or Team Leader.
Adhering to safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
