VENTURA LOCKER Butchers and Meat Cutters in VENTURA, Iowa
This job entails working on the slaughter floor harvesting beef, pork and occasional lambs.2-3 days a week. It requires dispatching animals, skinning, eviscerating, washing and hanging said animals on a rail with help of a hoist. Cleaning of slaughter floor and equipment at the end of the day, The other days will be spent in the processing room where the animals are cut up for consumption. This job requires bending, pulling, and the ability to lift 60#. Looking for a motivated self-starter that is good at following directions and is a team player.
