Unit Description
Use your passion for service to create a positive impact. Sodexo is hiring our General Manager 2 - Multi Service for the Atlanta Braves Training Camp in Venice, FL. Our successful candidate will have BOTH Food and Custodial management experience including a nutrition background, with a special focus on special sports diets, and a demonstrated history of excellent EVS and custodial satisfaction ratings. Expertise in staying organized, focusing on sports nutrition and a strong sense of customer service are mission critical to success in the role.
We are looking for candidates who:
Have high-profile Professional Sports Team experience
Are bilingual Spanish-English
Are proficient with computers, KRONOS and other technology
Have experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines
Are leaders who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service and the technical execution of housekeeping systems
Are experts in building and maintain strong customer, player and client relationships
Have 3-5 years previous custodial or housekeeping director level experience preferably in a hospital environment
Can analyze data, present and effectively communicate to all levels within the organization related to training, leading committees and change management
