Job Summary of the Systems Administrator The Systems Administrator will support the efficiency, stability, and delivery of Axogen's enterprise applications at the new biologics processing center in Vandalia, Ohio. This role will focus on providing backend and end-user support, assisting with application maintenance, server and endpoint configuration, and contributing to system documentation in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This person will have a strong understanding of IT support practices and be proactive in delivering excellent service and operational support to our business partners. Requirements of the Systems Administrator * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar and minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an IT business analyst, systems administrator, or similar field. * In lieu of a bachelor's degree, equivalent combination of education and related experience will be required i.e. * Associate degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience. * High school diploma with a minimum of 9 years of experience. * Life sciences and/or pharmaceutical industry and/or quality management environment experience or knowledge preferred. * Experience with Intune management principles and service desk level 3 escalation support highly desired. * Ability to analyze, diagnose, replicate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues. * Ability to operate independently, track and report progress, and recommend optimal approaches to business problems. * Manage multiple projects and priorities and operate with poise under pressure. * Proactive, action-oriented, and able to push forward in ambiguous environments. * Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a collaborative multifunctional team environment. * Exceptional communication skills, team attitude, and a core goal of operational excellence.
