Job Title: Receiving Associate
Job Description
As a Receiving Specialist, you will use and operate materials management software including Rozetta and ProTracker. You will identify, locate, and properly handle electronic components and materials, prepare kits for production, and perform inventory management tasks such as cycle counts and quantity adjustments. Additionally, you will process specialized materials, follow documentation, use various measurement tools, and maintain organization of materials. Operating hand-trucks or pallet jacks as needed will also be part of your responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Use and operate materials management software including Rozetta and ProTracker
Identify, locate, and properly handle electronic components and materials
Prepare kits for production including through hole kits, Hand Adds, Mech, Cables, and SMT
Perform inventory management tasks including cycle counts and quantity adjustments
Process specialized materials (ROHS, ITAR, MSD, PCB panels, ESD components)
Follow documentation including travelers, BOMs, work instructions, and procedures
Use measurement tools, scales, reel counters, and label printers
Identify and properly process scrap, NCM, and material discrepancies
Maintain organization of materials in correct locations
Operate hand-truck or pallet jack as needed for material movement
Essential Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
Basic mathematical skills - ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Computer savvy with willingness to learn ERP software
Ability to follow detailed written instructions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently
Ability to work well in a team environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Additional Skills & Qualifications
No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
High school diploma or GED preferred

Work Environment
You will be working in the shipping or receiving department on the manufacturing floor. The environment is clean and organized (Lean Manufacturing), with bright lights. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vancouver, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
