Job Title: Director, AI Strategy and Innovation

Location: This role is open to consider remote/teleworker employees based in the US

Job Summary: We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our Corporate Marketing and Corporate Affairs organization as Director, AI Strategy and Innovation. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, socializing, and driving the AI strategy, fostering innovation, and ensuring the successful implementation of AI initiatives across the Corporate Marketing and Corporate Affairs organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop AI solutions, and lead the execution of AI projects that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the AI strategy to drive automation, simplification, and innovation and achieve business objectives.

  • Lead the identification and prioritization of AI opportunities across the Corporate Marketing and Corporate Affairs organization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement AI solutions.

  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on AI trends, technologies, and best practices.

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the AI team.

  • Manage and mentor a team of AI professionals, ensuring their growth and development.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.

  • Communicate AI strategy, progress, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive work experience, including people management.

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience in the marketing or technology industry.

AI Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven experience in AI strategy, innovation, and implementation.

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies.

  • Track record of successful AI project delivery and innovation.

  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in AI.

Leadership and Strategic Thinking

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a global technology company

  • MBA/Advanced degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $146,650.00 -- $219,950.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
