Location: Vancouver, WA Type: Contract Job #7561 Overview: ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Business Analyst 3 position will provide expert-level change management services which involve designing OCM deliverables, training project teams on the change management approach and coaching Transmission Services stakeholders on change management activities. This position will utilize Prosci's change management methodology as the foundation for the change management activities and the Prosci tools and methodology will serve as the framework and building blocks for providing OCM support services on assigned projects. This full-time position is located in Vancouver, WA. Pay rate: $42.31 - $60.45 Benefits: Paid holidays: 11 PTO: Starting at 10 days Sick Leave: Up to 56 hours per year (prorated based on start date) EAP: Employee Assistance Program Benefit Options Available: Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, DCA, LPFSA, HSA, Group Life/AD&D, Voluntary Life/AD&D, Voluntary Short-Term Disability, Voluntary Long-Term Disability, Voluntary Critical Illness, Voluntary Accident, 401k (immediately eligible for employee and employer contributions - employer match up to 4%) Other benefits include the following: Calm App, Access Perks, Brio Health Responsibilities: Provide organizational change management support in order to facilitate manager-assigned TT project or projects, from beginning to end with guidance from the Project Manager, Portfolio Manager, Manager, team lead or other personnel with the authority to do so, including: Collaborate and communicate with a wide variety of internal technical and business experts, including the assigned Project Manager (PM) in both individual and group settings to assist and recommend OCM activities and deliverables on assigned project(s). Provide recommendations to management at all levels to help build leadership and sponsorship capabilities and support organizational change management (OCM) initiatives. Serve as a technical expert in change management processes, provide guidance and coaching to project and leadership teams on change management: Develop, draft, and recommend new or revised change management processes, procedures and/or workflows to meet customer / end-user requirements. Work to facilitate success on Transmission Technology projects and initiatives by assisting managers in developing and implementing company-approved change plans and materials in the areas of sponsorship, training, communication, guidance, resistance management, and change management. Assist management with development, and implementation, of approved change plans and strategies through various feedback loops or measurements: Monitor effectiveness of change plans and strategies through various feedback loops or measurements and continuously improve to gain maximum benefit. Alert stakeholders, including the appropriate manager, of any risks that may negatively impact project scope or schedule; provide mitigation recommendations for manager / personnel review and acceptance; implement approved actions. Collaborate and communicate with manager, stakeholders, project teams, and/or other parties as assigned to create, draft, and recommend a comprehensive communication strategy; assist with implementation activities as requested. Consult Managers and Project change leads to validate quality deliverables on a wide range of communication mediums and topics. Provide expertise with business process modeling techniques to incorporate new business drivers and roles and responsibilities within a project or Program: Collaborate with other OCM Specialists to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs, and coordinate on Transmission-wide initiatives.
