Providence St. Joseph Health Associate Customer Care Coordinator, Medicare *Remote* in Vancouver, Washington

Description Providence Health Plan is calling an Associate Customer Care Coordinator, Medicare who will: Serve as a member of a team that supports multiple regions with a primary purpose to provide Health Plan customers outstanding, seamless service in a call center-based team environment Be Responsible for the first line of communication with a variety of customers, including existing and potential members, providers, internal departments and employers Provide detailed benefit quotes Review eligibility and premium information on a broad portfolio of products Assist members in selecting medical homes and primary care physicians Educate members and providers in the appropriate use of health plan and clinic services Research and respond to claims and authorization inquiries Maintain knowledge of complex custom networks Resolve customer issues and concerns Please note the following important details regarding this role: This posting is for multiple openings of an Associate Customer Care Coordinator This role requires flexibility to work an 8am-8pm shift, Monday - Friday This position will require onsite workdays for trainings This position will require to an in-office presence, 3 days per week, for your first 8-12 weeks of initial training Providence welcomes residents to apply that live in within a daily commutable distance (20-30 miles) of our office location listed below: Oregon: Beaverton Required qualifications for this position include: 2+ years' of experience working in a high-pressure customer facing service environment with a proven track record of learning and applying complex concepts Preferred qualifications for this position include: Experience working in an office setting Experience working in a health care environment Call center customer service experience Why Join Providence?
