The Headlines:
In the role of Brand Homes Operations Manager working in Vancouver, BC you will be part of the Brand Homes Team based at Granville Island Brewing Company . You will be responsible of overseeing the brand home operations (Restaurant, tap room and facility) by playing an instrumental role in the successful evolution and growth of the brand within the province. The position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient running of the location to achieve financial targets while creating a culture aligned with the Company’s values.
This position reports to Senior Lead Brand Homes Operations and works closely with on-site management.
The Responsibilities:
Most importantly, you will lead a team of 20+ talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations
Work with direct reports (Site Managers/local lead/Brand team) to develop and implement departmental or concept-wide strategies that exceed the needs and expectations of the business, guest and/or employees.
Champion the brand's vision and values and ensures alignment amongst the brand team and create a culture of positivity and high standards
Full executive accountability of the location’s daily operations through Control Profit & Loss, budget attainment, by following cash control/security procedures, inventory, labour, and reviewing financial reports
Coach the site leads to take appropriate actions based on information, trends and themes seen in P&L, inventory, labour, reviewing financial reports, etc.
Responsible for supervising all CAPEX project and maintenance requirements; act as the lead for site contractors and questions related to Brand Homes projects.
Achieve or exceed financial targets and ensure effective, efficient and economic operation of assigned responsibilities.
Execute operational strategies to ensure the overall business strategy is adhered to, to meet corporate growth objectives related to revenue, profitability, optimal guest satisfaction and employee development and retention
Define and lead the growth strategy for Brand Home revenue generation (site visits & revenue per visitor)
Manage operating budget of up to $2,000,000. Tasked with using this budget to create, develop and execute new ways to find fresh and exciting opportunities to drive revenue creation through events, promotions, and other customer focused activities.
Responsible for a site that has projected annual revenues of $3 million, and all related operating expenses
The Other Qualifications:

University degree with a minimum of 5-years experience in a customer service capacity preferably with some experience in an entrepenuerial or small company environment.
Experience in a specialty alcohol beverage market and/or in the craft beer market is preferred

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $68,900.00 - $90,400.00 (posting salary range) + 11% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
