Your tasks
- Perform repetitive line assembly operations to mass produce products. Ensure customer requirements relating to quality and efficiency are met as pertaining to the specific duties and responsibilities below.
- Assemble parts in specified sequence in accordance with provided work instructions
- Perform changeovers and poke yoke checks per the work instructions and other Brose documented standards
- Work multiple workstations to provide flexibility for production needs and support manpower fluctuation
- Maintain a clean work environment by following the company 5S standards, includes sweeping during and after shift, wiping down equipment, sorting parts, breaking down boxes, etc.
- Adhere to Brose North America (BNA/SPA) Quality Policy
- Adhere to all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and implements all necessary measures for work, health, and environmental protection within the range of responsibility
- Document required checks, tasks, parts, etc. in accordance with work instructions and as required by Supervisor
- Perform additional tasks to support production as requested by Supervisor :::

Your Profile
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to apply common knowledge to carry out simple instructions.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand 10 hours per day 4 days per week; must be shift flexible to work any shift, use hands, wrists, and fingers to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.
