Open Door Center Direct Support Professional-ICF Group Home in Valley City, North Dakota
Open Door Center is seeking Full Time Direct Support Professionals to work with Adults with disabilities in their home and work settings. The role of DSP is to support individual with special needs with all aspects of life, including health, personal cares, therapeutic, educational, recreational, and leisure activities, to achieve the best health and life possible.
The ICF atmosphere allows the person supported to pursue normal living experiences in a homelike environment. Day Activity program emphasizes exposure and reinforcement in activities of daily living which include communication skills, self awareness, physical and emotional development, and skill development in preparation for entry into a work activity program.

Wednesday: 4- 1130p 4- 1130p

Friday: 4- 1130p OFF
Saturday: OFF 3 - 1130p
All wages are starting pay - pay increases as employees are trained
All shifts require every other weekend and some holidays
Requires valid drivers license. Must be 18 years old.
